Joe Snyder’s 2011 Harvest

Hello, Garlic Lovers:

I personally select, plant, harvest, process and distribute locally grown gourmet stiffneck garlic powder with seed originating from all over the world. I do not use any additives or chemicals. Here are a few comments from garlic lovers:

"Some of the stuff that they have got in the stores is really pathetic. This stuff you sent me is really outstanding. I just want to thank you again and tell you you've really got something going there." – E.M., Saugatuck, MI

"Added your garlic to a potato casserole and was amazed at how yummy it was! Can you tell me what your pricing and sizes are? Was considering giving some as Xmas gifts as a few friends are WONDEREFUL cooks! I'm really amazed that your dried garlic tastes better than fresh garlic from the grocery store. VERY hooked!" - S.G.;, Carpentersville, IL

"Thanks so much for dropping off a sample of your awesome garlic powder. I could smell it before I even opened the envelope! If it tastes half as good as it smells, you've got a customer. Let me know the price for your next crop." – K.F., Chicago, IL

"I just wanted to tell you how much we love your garlic!!! Please let me know when you have some for sale because I will buy a ton of it. I want to share it with several friends who are healthy eaters/garlic lovers. It's by far the best garlic powder we've ever tasted. I almost prefer it to fresh garlic cloves! It's so yummy. Thanks for sharing a jar!" – J.Y., Barrington, IL

"By the way, you gave me the bottle of your superb garlic powder, and my 26-year-old daughter, who is a pharmacy student, lives at home, and is a gourmet cook (lucky me) says that your garlic powder is the best she has ever used, and I agree. She will not use anything else. Note, that it is nearly all gone." B.K., Mount Prospect, IL.

In October 2011, I planted 2,400 cloves in anticipation of the demand in 2011. I have a limited amount of garlic. First come, first served. I harvested it in late July. When it is cured, it will be processed and available for distribution after Labor Day. I can be reached by e-mail at garlicjoe@gmail.com

NEW THIS YEAR: Joseph Snyder is certified in food service sanitation by exam on 4/14/11, License #2038942, State of Illinois, Department of Public Health.

Thank you, again
